The use of advanced materials, together with the incorporation of technology, has a direct impact on industry as one of the main axes of its transformation.

Advanced composite materials are becoming increasingly important and are increasingly replacing traditional metallic components in many industrial applications, such as aerospace engineering, wind turbine blade manufacturing and the automotive industry. This postgraduate course provides you with an in-depth theoretical understanding, the result of research conducted by the technology center and practical knowledge gained at its state-of-the-art facilities.

The postgraduate course will be taught at the Eurecat Technology Center, a benchmark in composite materials, which has laboratories and pilot plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. The center also has strong industrial and research links with companies such as Airbus and SEAT, as well as international research laboratories.

Objectiu de l'acte

To know and know how to design composite materials, through science, technology and engineering, for the manufacture of light structural parts in the production of aircraft, automobiles or buildings. The postgraduate course is designed to work on advanced composite materials, manufacturing technologies, design and simulation, consolidating all the theoretical aspects with practices led by professionals in the sector who are currently working in the different sectors of application of the technology, working with companies with different manufacturing processes.
