Foment presents the new soft skills training session as part of the DIH4CAT project, the Catalonia Digital Innovation Hub.

The Catalonia Digital Innovation Hub is a regional non-profit innovation ecosystem, formed by the main agents supporting digitalisation in Catalonia, which aims to promote the technological transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (with a special focus on industrial sectors and technology providers), technology start-ups and public entities.

“Teamwork: what to avoid and what to do when collaboration is lacking” is a soft skills session designed to improve your interpersonal and managerial skills in terms of the internal functioning of your company.

The aim of the session is to understand the consequences of individuality and to learn about the psychology of behaviour in order to overcome the cognitive biases that prevent good understanding in the work group, developing social skills to deal with moments of tension in the team, facilitating techniques to achieve better results and strengthening the culture of collaboration.

The session will be given by Nuria Sánchez, an expert in social and managerial skills, who is dedicated to coaching, guiding and accompanying using a methodology based on multidisciplinary tools derived from Emotional Education and High Performance, among others.

The session will take place on 11 April from 9am to 2pm at the headquarters of Foment del Treball, using an intensive and dynamic format.
