Training oriented to advanced operators and technicians of any sector of metal transformation with dies, mainly oriented to the design, analysis and prevention of problems in the die shop before and during the transformation. From a constructive and analytical point of view, the students will be shown tools of understanding when making approaches for the construction of dies, as well as the final influence of the design in the final shape of the part. The contents will be:

• Analysis and correction of defects in sheet metal parts.
• Initiation techniques to the design for the construction of dies.
• Die maintenance.

It is a training carried out by experts in the field, we offer in a very practical way the basic concepts of design of a progressive die, as well as its development, offering the possibility to the students to define the technical design criteria, collaborating with the teacher in the development of the part until its manufacture. You will learn how to make a method plan, to understand, interpret and follow up during the whole manufacturing process of the die.

To provide the student with the essential basic knowledge in construction and design techniques, as well as to offer “knowledge” to the purchasing, production and quality departments on the work required during the design and construction processes of a matrix, as well as to analyze the defects that arise and optimize maintenance, and finally to acquire technical knowledge to optimize work meetings with customers and suppliers.
