The presence of conflicts in everyday life is inevitable in society. That is why the key is not to avoid them, but to learn how to detect them and how to resolve them effectively. In this course we will learn to analyze them from their origin, and we will work on different techniques, strategies and methods of transformation, management and resolution of the conflict in a positive and, above all, constructive way.

In addition, you can attend the classes live by VIDEOCONFERENCE with the tutor according to the calendar detailed in the section of the timetable. Videoconferences are not charged.
