The course provides the basic knowledge to face a cyberattack and to know what are the first steps to be taken by the IT support team of small and medium companies.

Objectiu de l'acte

A large part of the Catalan business fabric is made up of small and medium-sized companies or micro-enterprises and self-employed individuals, which, despite their size, have a high level of digitization. Many of them have outsourced ICT support services to other small companies that provide services to various organizations. These types of organizations are more vulnerable than large corporations, and often do not know how to deal with a computer attack when it occurs. The course provides minimum guidelines and advice to follow in the event of a cyberattack, both from the point of view of the company and the IT support services.
