Can the Internet of Things have a positive impact on the environment?

In this new edition of Coffee&IoT we will talk with Bernardo Campillo, head of Industry Partnerships at Telefónica IoT & BigData Tech. With him they will talk about how new technological paradigms such as the IoT, BigData or Artificial Intelligence can be combined with sustainability solutions in a powerful and effective way at all levels of the value chain of the different companies and administrations that promote this type of objectives.

According to Campillo, the combination of physical sensors, the ability to measure and act on different mechanisms, as well as the possibility of anticipating problems or inefficiencies puts us in an unbeatable position to achieve a greener and more sustainable planet.

The session will be held on September 15, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., in virtual format (Zoom). The activity is aimed at members of the IoT community of the Digital Catalonia Alliance (DCA).
