Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a methodology that centralizes a building’s information to facilitate collaboration and decision-making throughout its entire lifecycle, whereas Revit is a BIM parametric modeling tool that enables users to design with intelligent objects and automatically update all project documentation.
This course, designed to introduce the BIM methodology and the development of building projects in digital environments, enables participants to understand the differences between BIM and traditional CAD and to learn how to configure, organize, and manage a project in Revit.
