Foment presents the new digitalization training session framed in the DIH4CAT project, the Digital Innovation Hub of Catalonia.

The course “The art of digital transformation: understanding and motivating teams for change” will allow you to define, measure and develop tools to manage your team and lead it towards transformation in a more efficient and open to change way.

With the aim of understanding the human component in organizational transformation processes, we will teach you how to prepare the mindset of teams to address change in the different functional areas of the organization. In this module you will learn about human concerns for change, the stages of transformation and the tools to manage this process.

The session will be given by Albert Riba, director and co-Founder of the company Sapiens Mindset, with 30 years of experience in innovation and technology sectors, author of 4 books published on the sapiens mentality and international speaker.

We will meet on Monday March 18 from 9:30 to 13:00 at the headquarters of Foment del Treball (Via Laietana, 32).
