In this workshop, aimed at industrial companies, basic concepts of Lean Management such as the Kaizen spirit, the identification of changes in organizations or the Lean Management System (LMS) will be complemented with more advanced concepts and key aspects for its effective application.

Lean Management is a management methodology, based on continuous improvement, that brings the added value of processes. A system that has become essential for companies seeking to improve their operational and organizational efficiency, reduce waste and increase productivity.

Through this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn first-hand the main techniques and concepts of Lean Management and how they can be applied to their business environment.
