Automation systems improve industrial productivity and this course on programmable controllers clearly focuses on acquiring the knowledge that will enable the student to use and program the basic Siemens S7 1200 systems. The student will also learn how to carry out programs according to the IEC 1131-3 standard using STEP7 Basic software and the programming and configuration of KTP touch screens with WinCC Basic programming software. Knowledge of the main industrial communication systems. Previous knowledge of industrial electricity or automation and computer science at user level is required.
