Law 11/2011 of 29 December, on the restructuring of the public sector to speed up administrative activity (DOGC no. 6035, of 30.12.2011), amended by Law 2/2014 of 27 January, on fiscal and administrative measures, financial and public sector (DOGC No. 6551, of 30.1.2014), establishes the legal framework of the Agency for the Competitiveness of the Company.

The personal data subject to processing are the identifying data (name, surname and, where applicable, DNI / NIF) and corporate contact data (email and telephone) that you have provided to ACCIÓ for the maintenance of the relationship between ACCIÓ and the company or entity for which you work or with which you collaborate.

If you or the entity you represent are beneficiaries of ACTION grants and / or subsidies …

Your personal data subject to processing are the following:

Identification data (name, surname and, if applicable, DNI / NIF) and contact details (e-mail / postal and telephone): those that you have provided to us derived from the administrative grant file through which you or the entity to which you represent have access to the aids and subsidies that ACCIÓ offers, as well as those related to its execution. In addition, your contact details may also be used to send you information and satisfaction surveys, by electronic means, on the activities and services that ACCIÓ carries out for the promotion of business competitiveness, the promotion of internationalization, innovation and the attraction of productive business investment in all its aspects
Bank details: the bank details that you have provided to us to enforce the obligations arising from the legal relationship between you or the entity you represent and for which you or the entity you represent receives or chooses to receive the aid and subsidies provided by ACCIÓ
Social Security affiliation data and tax data: data relating to your Social Security affiliation in the event that you are an individual beneficiary or choose to be a beneficiary of the subsidies or aid that ACCIÓ provides, as well as the data necessary to compliance with Social Security and tax regulations
Additional data: data that you have provided to us according to your evaluation as a beneficiary of the aid and subsidies that ACCIÓ grants, such as your CV and your professional and competence profile, in the event that you are a beneficiary or choose to be the beneficiary of these subsidies or aid

If you request to receive information about our activities and our services or have requested to register or participate in our activities and services …

In the event that you request to receive information about our activities and our services or request your registration or participation in them, your personal identifying data (name, surname and, if applicable, DNI / NIF) and corporate / professional contact ( email / postcard and telephone) will be processed in order to manage and carry out your request. ACCIÓ will process all the data you provide us by completing the data collection form.

ACCIÓ will also process your corporate / professional contact details in order to send you surveys about the company, entity or organization for which you work or with which you collaborate. These surveys are voluntary and are intended to develop studies that will allow us to know the common needs of Catalan companies to take appropriate measures to improve policies to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and business internationalization in Catalonia. The information obtained through these surveys is treated in an aggregated manner and is subject to protection and confidentiality.

Also, in the event that you have participated in our activities and services, we will process your corporate contact details to send you surveys, through which you will have the option of assessing your degree of satisfaction with participating in them. The data on the satisfaction surveys that you carry out will be processed by ACCIÓ for the sole purpose of being able to improve your activities and services in order to achieve the mission of public interest that has been entrusted to you by law.

Likewise, it is possible that ACCIÓ proceeds to capture images and / or voice during the celebration of its activities and services. The capture of these images and / or voice is done in order to publish graphic information in the media and social networks to publicize the activities and services that ACCIÓ performs on the occasion of the public mission entrusted by law. Assignments to third parties, international transfers and automated decisions

ACCIÓ may provide your personal data to public administrations (for example the Tax Agency, the Social Security, the authority in the labor field) for the strict fulfillment of the legal obligations to which ACCIÓ is subject due to its activity.

ACCIÓ also informs you that your personal data may be transferred to service providers that ACCIÓ has contracted in order to develop its mission to promote the competitiveness of the business sector and its presence and interrelationship in international markets.

ACCIÓ expressly informs that it may communicate its identification data (name and surname) and corporate / professional contact details (e-mail / postal and telephone) to the Departments of Business and Knowledge, the General Directorate of Industry and the Department of Presidency of the Generalitat de Catalunya (entities receiving your data) provided that the purpose of its processing has been duly justified by the entity receiving the data and that this new purpose is compatible with the purpose for which the data were collected in principle. If these requirements are met, ACCIÓ would be complying with current regulations on the protection of personal data.

If you register, participate or are a speaker in any of the activities or services organized by our entity, ACCIÓ informs you that you may communicate your identifying data (name and surname) and corporate / professional contact details (email / postal and telephone) to other registrants, participants or speakers of the activity or service, provided that you have expressly authorized it and in advance of the performance of this data communication. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting our data protection officer via email dades.accio@gencat.cat.

In some activities and / or services organized by ACCIÓ (such as the Supplier Search Service and the Brokerage Events, among others), a data transfer is made that is an indispensable part of these activities and / or services, based on the contractual relationship between you. and ACTION. This transfer of data consists of contacting customers, suppliers and potential customers who participate in the aforementioned activities and services, as this is a necessary transfer to fulfill our obligation to provide such services or ensure their participation in accordance with your request.

ACCIÓ makes international transfers of its data to countries that do not have regulations equivalent to the European one (“Third Countries”) in which the entity has established offices. The contact details of its ownership are transmitted for the sole purpose of providing access to them to ACCIÓ staff who are displaced to field offices and who are subject to ACCIÓ’s policies on confidentiality and data protection. For the realization of these international transfers, ACCIÓ applies the guarantees established in the current regulations and only performs them for the fulfillment of its mission of public interest. We also inform you that ACCIÓ has contracted services from technology providers located in third countries. These providers have been contracted by ACCIÓ to obtain the necessary services for the development of their activities and have signed with ACCIÓ the contracts of confidentiality and data processing required by the regulations, applying the necessary guarantees and safeguards to preserve their privacy.

Under no circumstances will ACCIÓ transfer or transfer your personal data to other companies or entities other than those indicated in this section of “International Assignments and Transfers” without your prior consent.

ACCIÓ does not take decisions that may affect you based solely on the automated processing of your personal data. All decision-making processes related to the treatment purposes described above are performed with human intervention.

How long will we keep your personal data

Your personal data will be kept as long as your relationship with ACCIÓ is maintained and after the termination of this relationship for any reason, during the applicable statutory limitation periods and / or the periods necessary to ensure compliance with the public interest mission. of our entity.

When your relationship with ACCIÓ has ended, your data will be processed only to prove compliance with ACCIÓ’s legal or contractual obligations.
