Explore Open Innovation with DIH4CATDIH4CAT aims to help drive and promote the adoption of the latest emerging technologies, providing research institutions and startups, through open innovation. We strongly believe in the transformative power of technology and the importance of guiding companies in this process of digital transformation. Through our Open Innovation and Business Mentoring service, we focus on developing the right capabilities at the management level to lead this transformation and offer mentoring both to companies during the technology adoption process and to startups during the development of innovative products/services.
Our sevices include:
Strategy and promotion of innovation:
We develop strategies and measures to foster innovation in the Catalan ecosystem, evaluating their effectiveness and creating a framework for collaboration. These services are provided by IESE Business School through open innovation conferences, mentoring services and an annual two-day bootcamp on Open Innovation and Corporate Venturing.
Mentoring and adoption of new business models
We carry out group workshops and one-on-one mentoring for advanced technologies to allow companies to explore and scale new innovative and potentially disruptive business models.
Community building and participation:
We organize activities to structure relationships, create networks and foster community, facilitating communication and organizing open innovation events.
Creation of dynamic ecosystems:
We intend to create active ecosystems with committed members representing all relevant stakeholders, encouraging interaction, knowledge sharing, synergies and added value generation from a community of equals in digital technologies.
