2nd edition of the Plastronics Course I

  • Advanced manufacturing and robotics
  • Monday, 16 September 2024 - Wednesday, 16 October 2024 12 hours autonomous tele-training (theoretical contents) until 30/09 and 12 hours on-site (Cerdanyola del Vallès), 07/10, 14/10, 16/10 from 16:00 to 20:00h.
  • Subsidized training

The main objective of this plastronics course (in English and Catalan/Spanish) is to introduce participants to this new field of electronics and programming.

To do so, theoretical concepts on how to design and build electronic circuits using basic components, and the essential concepts to understand the manufacturing process of plastronics parts are provided in a virtual way.

The acquisition of these initial concepts will help participants to apply the acquired knowledge in the laboratory through classroom practice, fostering creativity and the development of problem-solving skills.

This course provides the necessary foundations for participants to begin their career in plastronics, providing them with the basic skills to continue deepening their knowledge in this innovative field.

Objectiu de l'acte

  • To know the basic concepts of plastronics and its possible applications.
  • Provide a solid foundation for further training in the area.
  • To carry out face-to-face practices in the laboratories of Eurecat Cerdanyola.
  • To be able to design and conceptualize plastic parts with embedded electronics.
  • To be able to plan the manufacturing of plastronics parts.
