Foment presents the new digitalization training session within the DIH4CAT project, the Digital Innovation Hub of Catalonia.

In the changing dynamics of the business world, one of the cornerstones for success lies in the ability of organizations to maintain a constant evolution of their teams. This evolution is not just an optional process, but an absolute imperative in an environment where adaptability and innovation are the most valuable assets.

The course “Keeping organizations in permanent transformation” will focus on this fundamental challenge, exploring the factors that can drive or slow down collective transformations within organizations. It will focus on identifying and analyzing five key transformations that need to be addressed to promote effective and sustainable growth in the organizational environment. These transformations cover a wide range of aspects, from corporate culture to talent management and the adoption of emerging technology.

The session will be given by Albert Riba, director and co-founder of Sapiens Mindset, with 30 years of experience in innovation and technology, author of 4 books and international speaker.

The course will be on Monday December 9th from 9:00 to 12:00h in virtual and face-to-face mode at the Foment del Treball headquarters (Via Laietana 32, Barcelona).
