The presence of conflicts in everyday life is inevitable in society. That is why the key is not to avoid them, but to learn how to detect them and know how to resolve them effectively. In this course we will learn to analyse them from their origin, and we will work on different techniques, strategies and methods for transforming, managing and resolving conflict in a positive and, above all, constructive way.
