Open innovation has become a key strategy to boost the growth and competitiveness of companies today. This training session will introduce the use of Living Labs as a practical instrument to make the management of projects and activities in open innovation industrial ecosystems more efficient and meaningful. In this context, Living Labs emerge as a powerful tool for co-designing and experimenting with new innovations from an interdisciplinary and Shared Value perspective, favoring a more favorable environment for the generation of new business opportunities.
